Construction

PU Construction

Based on polyurethane foam, bonded to a plywood stringer with a 6/4+6 oz polyester glassing. The classic in ocean surfboard construction, resulting in a great mix of performance and durability.

Shaped by Spider Murphy

Shaped and designed by the south african shapers legend Spider Murphy, drawing on more than 55 years of shaping experience. Having crafted boards for several world champions and played an active role in the evolution of modern surfboard design, Spider brings a rare level of expertise and insight to the range.

Thanks to the thinner rails towards the tail in combination with the round pintail, the Icebreaker is stable and controlled even at higher speeds.To summarize, this board will help you progress faster as a beginner and maximize fun in smaller conditions for every step within your surfing evolution.

SINGLE CONCAVE

The single concave generates lift and effortless speed through the center of the board, while the vee in the tail promotes smooth rail-to-rail transitions and easy turning. The result is a fast, flowing ride with a forgiving and predictable feel.
