Organizing a multi-stop surf tour across Germany might sound like a logistical headache—but thanks to roadsurfer, our KANOA Tryout Days felt more like a laid-back road trip with friends than a tightly choreographed event. From removable beds to surfboard-ready storage, roadsurfer turned our tour into a mobile surf base that made everything effortless.
The number of stops, the test quiver and the rest of the material needed to give you the boards to test is of course quite a challenge for us as a surfboard brand.
With the right partner, however, it's a piece of cake. From the very first stop, we knew we were in for an easy ride. Here’s how roadsurfer’s smart camper design made our tour life surprisingly smooth—and helped us focus on what really matters: getting boards under feet and good vibes in the water.
One of the standout features? The removable rear bed. Much needed because we were carrying a lot of boards. Removing the bed in the back turned the van into a gear-hauling machine. Surfboards, banners, merch - you name it, it fit.
Especially when you’re carrying boards of all sizes to let people test them all, that flexibility is a game-changer.
Roadsurfer gave us the perfect setup for it all.
We’d start the day brewing our morning coffee right in the van, then slide the boards out the back and head straight to our favorite waves.
After a solid session, we’d head back and grab a quick snack from the fridge to keep the high energy up.
